Dallas Tap Dazzlers

It's been quite a day here at the station today. Chris & Eddie got to golf with author Max Lucado. Then this afternoon, all of a sudden a flurry of shiny red burst through the door carrying food. It was the Dallas Tap Dazzlers! They are out promoting Grandy's new Spicy Shrimp - and trust me, they were some spicy ladies. Just look at the pictures! They brought us and the other station in the building just TONS of food to try. Oh my goodness!

They did a little dance performance for us in the kitchen, and made Drue and I join in on a "toe-point" picture! Haha. Wow! It was incredibly random, I have to say, but soooo much fun to have a visit like that out of the blue. Certainly made my day a littlemore exciting!

Mission Reality.TV and Alex's Lemonade Stand

What up!!! It's Adrian, I literally just got back from a really cool event in Hurst.
Power FM was apart of an event that raised money for Alex's Lemonade stand which is an organization benefiting pediatric cancer research. If you don't know what Alex's Lemonade stand is you can find out information about it online at www.alexslemonade.org/home. Mission Reality.Tv missionreality.tv was there as well filming footage of the event, which is another organization that partnered up with Alex's Lemonade Stand. It was really awesome to get to hang with a good group of people, and meet listeners as well. I hope to be able to get out more soon and if not you can always catch me at nigh on the All Request Show and let me know how you are doing! Here are some pictures from the event. Philmont pays a visit!

Philmont stopped by to chat with Drue before their show tonite. They're on the Keep Breathing Tour along with Wavorly, A Rotterdam November and Ilia. That show will be at North Fort Worth Baptist Church tonite at 7pm.

Tait is now a Newsboy!

After this weekend's Battlecry event, everyone has been talking about it. Some are excited, some are not... some are just baffled. Acquire The Fire just released this cool little promo video regarding Michael Tait becoming the new frontman of Newsboys...

This is Adrian and I recently went and visited my family in Rowlett and got some footage of it on my camera. Props to Daniel for editing it up and putting it together. He made me super sllllllllllow moition in one scene its funny.
Thanks again for calling in and being apart of the All Request Show each and every night. It is an honor and blessing to be able to play you the music that you want to hear! Keep it up! A Rotterdam November In Studio

A Rotterdam November introduces themselves...

A Rotterdam November made a visit to the studio on Friday. I was lucky enough (at least I think so) to be working on air for Drue when they came in. We had a chance to interview the guys, play two of their songs, and the guys even took some phone calls on air. The guys in this band have a great combination of musical talent, hearts for Christ, and a great sense of humor. I look forward to Power FM getting more music from them in the future and their next visit to North Texas (they'll be playing in Fort Worth on March 13th, check our Bulletin Board for more info).
